Leading national energy and natural gas company seeks a skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager in their Tulsa, OK office. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE! The selected person will manage environmental, health and safety (EHS), security and DOT compliance programs in the Midwest. This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing industry leader.

Responsibilities:

-> Developing, evaluating and coaching compliance personnel
-> Manage performance expectations for operations compliance group of 15 EHS professionals
-> Develop and implement systems to identify and comply with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements, permit conditions and plan commitments
-> Develop and implement EHS compliance strategy
-> Ensure agency submittals are completed and reviewed for accuracy by deadline
-> Manage compliance tasks systematically and adequately communicate compliance status to stakeholders and operating group
-> Integrate compliance programs across differing cultures resulting from acquisitions of operating assets
-> Implement contractor selection and management programs that result in compliant contractor performance
-> Lead or participate in a compliance audit program
-> Implement compliance information management systems to manage compliance records in an organized and efficient way

Requirements:

-> BS degree (science or engineering preferred)
-> 12 years experience in a compliance role, with 5 years experience in a compliance manager role
-> Strong experience with the following compliance programs: Environmental (Title V, PSD, LDAR, CEMS, Benzene NESHAP, SPCC, RCRA); Health and Safety (OSHA, PSM, Air Monitoring, Safe Work Practices); Security, DOT 195, Hazardous Materials Transportation, Midwest state requirements
-> Energy industry experience with liquid natural gas fractionation, storage and distribution operations preferred
